Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Melizn Aesthetics, we’re committed to providing excellent service with clarity and professionalism. Please review our policy regarding service bookings, deposits, cancellations, and purchases.

1. Services (Hair, Nails, Skin, Fashion Styling, Makeup)

  • All service sales are final. No refunds are provided after services are completed.

  • If you're unsatisfied, contact us within 48 hours. Corrections may be offered at our discretion and must be scheduled within 7 days.

  • We are not liable for adverse results due to undisclosed allergies, medical conditions, or previous chemical treatments.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% and may require prepayment for future bookings.

3. Deposits

A deposit is a partial upfront payment required to secure your appointment. This amount is credited toward the final total of your service and is due at the time of booking.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits are transferable once, if you reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to reschedule properly will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Travel & On-Location Services

  • Travel fees are 100% non-refundable, regardless of cancellations or rescheduling.

  • A non-refundable retainer may be required for special event or mobile services.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled event may result in a full charge.

5. Store Purchases (Products, Accessories, etc.)

  • Due to hygiene and safety standards, all sales are final on beauty and fashion products.

  • No returns or exchanges on used, opened, or damaged items.

  • If you received a wrong or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Digital Products

  • All digital downloads (e.g., guides, styling resources) are non-refundable.

  • No exceptions will be made once a download link has been sent or accessed.

7. Policy Agreement

By booking a service, making a payment, or using our website, you agree to this policy. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service in cases of policy violations or inappropriate conduct.
